Neda's Baby It's Cold Outside Shower!

Hi friends! It's been a sweet forever since I updated my blog but I am back with pure preciousness!! I had the opportunity to host one of my sweet friend's baby shower for her first baby.. sweet baby Jace who will be arriving in March! When we decided that we'd be having the shower and that it'd be in January a baby it's cold outside theme sounded fun, unique and like a total to blast to plan! It totally was the funnest thing I've ever planned and I'm thinking I missed my calling as a party planner (anyone want me to plan their next party?..haha!!)... But really, I had the best time planning this party and making a special event for my dear friend Neda! I hope she felt special and loved.. because she definitely is! :)

...a new adventure

Welcome! Thanks for stopping by my new blog! Blogging is something that I've tried before and it never really seems to stick around... I've been having the itch to get on and write and decided that maybe a fresh start was what I needed. Anytime I logged onto my old blog I just hated how it looked and decided to just start over.

For those that are new, my name is Darian and I live in Arkansas with my sweet Ty. We've been married for 3 1/2 years and have a precious pup named Mozart. Mozart is like my baby right now. During the days you can find me teaching Kindergarten. This is my third year of teaching and my first year in K. It's a whole new world in K and I'm learning the ropes as I go!

We bought our first home about 2 years ago and I will be posting pictures of our sweet home along the way. I'm in love with it and all of the things we have done to it. It's not very big and that's one of the things I love most about it. I love the coziness of it and really enjoy living in a small space while it's just the two (plus Mo) of us!

Anyways, I look forward to adding/growing this space. I really enjoy writing but honestly have no idea which direction I want this blog to go. Maybe a little of everything? Some fashion, some recipes, and a lot of things in between. I also like to be honest.. I don't have things figured out, I worry too much and half the time I feel like I'm lost as a betsy bug.. ha! I love getting to know people and connecting with them. My hope is that this blog allows me to do that. If you stopped by and actually read this whole post.. I'd love to hear from you!
